'Coast lands' in the Bible

“I will lay waste the mountains and hillsAnd wither all their vegetation;I will make the rivers into coastlandsAnd dry up the ponds.

Coastlands, listen to me;distant peoples, pay attention.The Lord called me before I was born.He named me while I was in my mother’s womb.

So He will repay according to their deeds:fury to His enemies,retribution to His foes,and He will repay the coastlands.

For the coastlands will look to me, with the ships of Tarshish in the lead, to bring my children from far away, their silver and gold with them, to the name of the LORD your God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he has glorified you.
